ISLAMABAD, Jul 10 (APP):Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Wednesday released 310,100 c
usecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 345,800 cusecs.
According to the data released by IRSA, water level in River Indus at Tarbela Dam was 1518.52 feet and was 120.52 feet higher than its dead level of 1,398 feet. Water inflow and outflow in the dam was recorded as 179,700 c
usecs and 150,000 c
usecs respectively.
The water level in River Jhelum at Mangla Dam was 1193.00 feet, which was 145.00 feet higher than its dead level of 1,050 feet. The inflow and outflow of water was recorded 33,000 c
usecs and 27,000 c
usecs respectively.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa , Guddu and Sukkur was recorded as 188,900, 180,000, 131,200 and 70,000 c
usecs respectively. Similarly, from River Kabul, a
total of 69,400 c
usecs of water released at Nowshera and 31,900 c
usecs released from River Chenab at Marala.
